January
- During the first week of January, registration packs are mailed to previous participants.

February
- In mid-February, there is a mini-parade and Memorial Mass at Immaculata Church followed by the "stealing" of Saint Patrick. The statue is paraded through the streets of Mt. Adams.
- Sunday, February 14, 2010 @ 2:00 PM - Memorial Mass at Immaculata Church, Mt. Adams.
- Parade registrations ends Monday, February 22, 2010.
March
- Late registration ends March 1, 2010.
- In early March, parade orders are mailed to those who have registered.
Friday, March 12
- 6:00 p.m. Mad Hatter VIP Reception at Arnold’s
- Complimentary Irish food and cocktails for Hibernians and parade sponsors.
- 8:00 p.m. Mad Hatter Party at Arnold’s
- Get your St. Pat’s Parade on at the Mad Hatter Party at Arnold’s. Register to win a Jameson bicycle and Guinness outdoor grill. Winning tickets will be drawn at 10:00 p.m. You must be present to win. Mad
Hatter hats will be provided.
Parade Day! Saturday, March 13
- 6:00 a.m. Official Kegs & Eggs Breakfast at Arnold’s
- Also featuring Dublin vs. Manchester football on the projection screen!
- 8:00 a.m. All participants meet in the staging area.
- 9:00 a.m. Staging area closes.
- 10:50 a.m. The lead band plays the National Anthem.
- 11:00 a.m. The Parade steps off.
Wednesday, March 31
- 7:00 p.m. Parade After Party at Arnold’s
- Jameson Ambassador with complimentary sampling mat for the Hibernians.
